摘  要:为了在孔洞损伤影响飞机飞行安全前尽早对铝合金板损伤进行识别,建立基于Lamb波技术智能监测铝合金板孔洞损伤的ABAQUS有限元仿真模型。通过压电元件在铝合金板结构中激励出Lamb波信号,对比不受损伤和孔洞损伤时铝合金板结构的位移信号,通过两者位移响应信号的差别,判断铝合金板是否存在损伤。In order to identify the damage of aluminum alloy plate as early as possible before the hole damage affects the safety of aircraft,a ABAQUS finite element simulation model based on Lamb wave technology for intelligent monitoring of the hole damage of aluminum alloy plate is established in this paper. The Lamb wave signal is excited by the piezoelectric element in the aluminum alloy plate structure,and the displacement signal of the aluminum alloy plate structure is not compared to the damage and hole damage. The damage of the aluminum alloy plate is judged through the difference of the displacement response signals between them.
