京津冀协同发展背景下河北普通高校转型发展的思考——以衡水学院为例

摘　　要：京津冀协同发展正在变革性地促进着域内各地的经济与社会发展。地方普通本科高校向应用技术大学转变既是时代的任务亦是发展的机遇。以衡水学院为研究样本思考了河北地方高校转型发展的问题。衡水学院的专业设置存在疑似红黄牌专业,学科与专业设置与河北省及衡水市的京津冀发展战略不符,在京津冀协同发展背景下学科与专业结构调整是衡水学院实现向应用技术大学转型发展的突破口,深度地实施产教融合、校企合作是实现向应用技术大学转型发展的首要途径。The coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei province is transforming the economic and social development of the region. The transformation of local universities to applied technology universities is not only the task of the times, but also the opportunity of development. Taking Hengshui University as a research sample, this paper talks about the transformation development of Hebei local universities. In the study, Hengshui University is found to have a large number of majors with ＂yellow and red cards＂, which are not in accordance with the development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the structural adjustment of subjects and majors is the breakthrough of Hengshui University＇s transformation to an applied technology university. The primary path of the transformation development is the deep integration of production and education and deep cooperation of universities and enterprises.
