三倍体欧洲山杨组织培养快繁技术研究

摘　　要：笔者通过对比研究,建立了三倍体欧洲山杨组织培养系统。茎段外植体用0.1%Hg CI2或2.5%Na CIO溶液消毒后,接种到MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA培养基上诱导芽。试管苗采用MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L KT+0.3 mg/L GA培养基进行增殖,增殖系数为15,生根采用MS+0.1 mg/L IBA培养基,生根率可达90%.Tissue culture system of triploid Populus tremula was set up through comparative study. The surface of stem explants was sterilized with 0. 1% Hg CI2 or 2. 5% Na CIO,and then the stem explants were inoculated on the culture medium which was MS ＋ 0. 5 mg/L 6-BA ＋ 0. 05 mg/L NAA to induce bud. Multiplication medium was MS ＋ 1. 0 mg/L 6-BA ＋0. 5 mg/L KT ＋ 0. 3 mg/L GA and the multiplication coefficient was 15. Rooting medium was MS ＋ 0. 1 mg/L IBA and the rooting rate could reach 90%.
