内镜粘膜下剥离术治疗广基结直肠息肉的临床护理效果、心理状态及术后恢复分析

摘　　要：目的对内镜粘膜下剥离手术治疗的广基结直肠息肉患者临床护理效果、心理状态和术后恢复情况进行分析。方法分析本院2017年8月-2018年3月选择内镜粘膜下剥离手术治疗的广基结直肠息肉84例患者资料,按照临床护理时所用不同方案分成两组,将42例行常规性护理患者设为对照组,将42例在其基础上行围术期综合护理干预患者设为观察组,对两组临床护理效果、心理状态和术后恢复情况加以对比。结果观察组手术时间比对照组短,且总并发症率比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理后抑郁、焦虑评分均较对照组低,且手术后肛门直肠和胃肠道恢复时间均比对照组短(P<0.05)。结论内镜粘膜下剥离手术治疗的广基结直肠息肉患者行围术期综合护理干预能够缩短手术时间,减少并发症发生,改善不良心理状态,且促进患者术后恢复,可被临床推广及应用。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing effect, psychological state and postoperative recovery of patients with broad-based colorectal polyps treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection. Methods A total of 84 patients with endoscopic submucosal dissection for endoscopic submucosal polyps were selected from August 2017 to March 2018 in this hospital. The patients were divided into two groups according to the different protocols used during clinical care, and 42 patients were treated routinely. The patient was set as a control group. 42 cases of comprehensive nursing interventions in the basic peri-operative period were set as the observation group. The clinical nursing effects, mental status and postoperative recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the total complication rate was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The post-care depression and anxiety scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the recovery time of the anorectal and gastrointestinal tract after the operation were shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with Kichiko colorectal polyps under endoscopic submucosal dissection, perioperative integrated nursing intervention can shorten the operation time, reduce complications, improve bad psychological state, and promote postoperative recovery, which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
