摘 要:一氧化碳(CO)是工业生产中重要的原料气体之一,但由于其易燃、易爆,同时具有毒性,故实现CO浓度的实时在线测量可保障生产中的安全。研制了中红外波段(2 333nm)的基于可调谐半导体激光吸收光谱技术的CO浓度实时在线检测系统,并使用LabVIEW语言开发了系统上位机软件。软件可实现光谱数据的高速采集、通过多项式拟合实现光谱背景基线扣除、基于Levenberg-Marquardt算法完成吸光度的洛伦兹线型拟合、吸光度曲线积分浓度计算、历史数据回溯等功能。实验中通过配制不同浓度的CO气体验证所搭建系统的精度,并得到系统最低检测限为0.36mg/L。Carbon monoxide(CO)is one of the important raw material gases in industrial production.However,because it is inflammable,explosive and toxic,it is necessary to conduct real-time online measurement of CO concentration to ensure safety in production.A real-time online detection system for CO concentration based on tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy at the mid-infrared wavelength 2 333 nm has been developed,and a system upper computer is developed with LabVIEW language.Upper computer software can realize the high-speed data acquisition of spectrum,and realize spectrum background baseline deduction through polynomial fitting.The absorbance voigt linear fitting,absorbance curvilinear integral concentration calculation and historical data backtracking are completed through Levenberg-Marquardt algorithm.The accuracy of the constructed system has been verified by compounding CO gas of different concentrations in the experiment,and the minimum detection limit of the system is 0.36 ppm.
