摘 要:目的 :调查造口治疗师感知的职业生涯成功感以及护理工作环境的现状,并分析两者之间的关系。方法 :采用自行设计的一般资料调查表、护理工作环境量表和护士职业生涯成功量表为研究工具,对185名造口治疗师进行问卷调查。结果:造口治疗师的护理工作环境总分为(109.04±18.05)分,职业生涯成功感总分为(33.13±6.60)分。回归分析显示,控制一般资料变量后,护理工作环境可独立预测造口治疗师职业生涯成功感的42.2%,其进入回归方程的两个影响因素为职业发展和认可氛围。结论:医院管理者应最大限度地发挥造口治疗师专业优势,采取积极多视角的管理策略;通过改善造口治疗师的工作环境以提高造口伤口失禁专科护士的职业生涯成功感。Objective: To study the relationship between the career success perceived by enterostomal therapist and the nursing environment. Methods: A total of 185 enterostomal therapists were investigated with self-designed general information questionnaire, nursing work environment scale and nurse career success scale. Results: The total score of nursing working environment was 109.04±18.05, and the total score of career success was 33.13±6.60. Regression analysis showed that nursing work environment could independently predict 42.2% career success of enterostomal therapists by controlling general factors, and occupational development and recognition atmosphere entered the regression equation. Conclusions: Hospital administrators should take professional advantages of enterostomal therapists fully, adopt a positive and multi-perspective management strategies, and improve the working environment of enterostomal therapists to improve their career success.
