突发事件中网络谣言的政府应对——以“泸县太伏中学案”为例

摘　　要：突发事件中网络谣言的传播给政府舆情治理带来了严峻的挑战。本文通过网络谣言造成较大影响的"泸县太伏中学案",分析了网络谣言的特点、传播规律、危害以及突发事件中政府应对网络谣言存在的不足,并提出以下建议:及时锁定突发事件,建立有效的谣言预警机制;把握信息传播规律,及时准确传递信息;与其他媒体积极合作,扩大辟谣信息的影响力;完善相关法律法规,让谣言治理有法可依;增加公众知识储备,提高谣言辨识能力。The spread of rumors in emergencies poses resistance to the smooth solution of the incident,and also poses severe challenges to the government＇s work. In order to strengthen the construction of information and enhance the level of administration,the government must improve the ability to deal with Internet rumors.This paper is based on the case of ＂Luxian County Tai Fu middle school＂ which has a large impact on the network rumor,analyzing the characteristics and hazards of network rumors,and points out the shortcomings of the government in dealing with the network rumor.It combines the propagation law of network rumors,then puts forward some suggestions on the government＇s response to the network rumor in the emergency.
