基于浙江女子1500m跑运动员备战国内重大比赛竞争力分析的比赛策略研究

摘　　要：研究探讨浙江女子1 500m跑运动员在备战国内重大比赛时,对浙江女子1 500m跑所处的内部条件和外部环境进行客观和理性的分析,了解浙江女子1 500m跑队员的国内竞争力,帮助运动员备战重大比赛时的做出合理预案。建议以浙江女子1 500m跑组要发展团队为基础进行建设,对重点队员以及重点对手的情况实时了解,在赛前根据自身不足以及预案进行重点训练,另外要合理计划重点队员的参赛密度。In this study, an objective and rational analysis of the internal conditions and the external environment of Zhejiang women＇s 1 500m was carried out to understand the domestic competitiveness of Zhejiang women＇s 1 500m team members and to help athletes make reasonable plans when preparing for major competitions. It is recommended to build on the development team, get well known each other before the major competition, according to their own deficiencies and pre-training prior to the focus of training, in addition to a reasonable plan key players participating den sity.
