摘　　要：校园欺凌侵害未成年学生的人身权、受教育权,扰乱学校的教学生活秩序。从增强学校、学生法律意识,构建防治校园暴力的预防机制与快速处理机制,未成年人违法犯罪多元化惩戒矫治机制,被侵害学生心理干预机制等方面提出解决问题的办法。Campus bullying infringes on the human rights of minor students and the right to education,and disturbs the teaching and living order of the school. The thesis puts forward a solution to these problems by strengthening the legal consciousness of school and students,establishing the school violence prevention and quick treatment mechanism,and juvenile delinquency and pluralistic disciplinary correction mechanism,and the psychological intervention mechanism of the infringed students.
