对住院老年患者跌倒的防护

摘　　要：目的是对住院老年患者采取综合防护干预措施,防止老年患者跌倒。方法将2014年9月-2016年10月我院老年科收治的1198例60岁以上的老年患者按入院时间先后顺序分为两组,将2014年9月-2015年9月住院的560例老年患者作为对照组,给予老年科常规护理,将2015年10月-2016年10月住院的638例老年患者作为观察组,在常规护理基础上实施综合防护干预措施,比较两组老年患者住院期间跌倒发生情况。结果对照组患者跌倒发生率为1.61%,观察组患者跌倒发生率为0.47%,明显低于对照组(p<0.01)。结论采取综合防护干预措施对降低住院老年患者的跌倒具有积极的预防作用。the purpose is to take comprehensive protective intervention measures to prevent elderly patients from falling. Methods the September 2014-2016 year in October in our hospital 1198 Cases of elderly patients older than 60 years were divided into two groups according to admission time sequence, 560 elderly patients with -2015 hospitalized in September September 2014 as the control group, routine nursing care for elderly patients, 638 elderly patients with -2016 hospitalized in October October 2015 as the observation group, the implementation of comprehensive protection measures on the basis of routine nursing care, compared two groups of elderly patients during hospitalization falls. Results the incidence of fall in the control group was 1.61%, and the incidence of fall in the observation group was 0.47%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （p〈0. 01）. Conclusion comprehensive protective intervention has a positive preventive effect on lowering the fall of hospitalized elderly patients.
