摘 要:文章针对包钢的原料条件,通过对烧结参数及配料过程的优化,找出影响包钢烧结矿碱度稳定率的因素,并相应的研究其应对措施。结合烧结配料结构及其化学组成,通过理论计算分析得出:影响烧结矿碱度稳定率及合格率的主要因素依次为:生石灰下料量波动、铁矿H的Ca O成分波动、铁矿W的Si O2成分波动。通过加强生石灰质量监管、改进配料设备以及强化铁矿中和混匀等措施,烧结矿碱度合格率和稳定率分别提高10.26和3.39个百分点。In the paper,the influence factors for basicity stability ratio of sinters of Baotou Steel are found out and the corresponding solutions are studied by optimizing the sintering parameters and blending process with the raw material condition of Baotou Steel. Based on the structure of ore blending and chemical composition for sintering as well as the analysis of theoretical calculation,the main influence factors for basicity stability ratio and acceptance rate of sinters were the fluctuations of burden yield of quicklime,Ca O in iron ore H and Si O2 in iron ore W. As a result,they were increased by 10. 26 and 3. 39 percentage points respectively by such measures as strengthening the quality supervision of quicklime,improving batching equipment and intensifying nutrilization and homogeneous mixing of iron ore.
