摘　　要：文章通过实行标准化作业,高炉在焦炭质量下降的情况下,根据每天炉况变化情况制定高炉操作指导书,炼铁厂通过加强高炉管控,组织相关技术工作者对各高炉炉况进行日分析、周体检,及时发现炉况的细微变化,做出应对调整,稳定了炉况,实现了高炉的长期顺行。In the paper,it is described the blast furnace operation instruction is laid down based on the daily change of furnace condition with coke quality reduction through standardized operations of blast furnace. The furnace condition becomes stable and long-term trouble-free operations of blast furnace are realized in Iron-making Plant through strengthening management and control of blast furnace as well as organizing the related technology workers to carry out daily examination and weekly analysis to find out the subtle changes of furnace condition in time and adjust them.
