摘　　要：文章主要介绍了西门子SIMATIC S7-300 PLC替代包钢炼铁厂4~#高炉环形吊车SIEMENS S5 115U控制系统的过程。给出了这个系统的主要硬件构成和软件功能的实现方法;重点阐述了环形吊车控制系统改造方案及核心部件FM351的应用。In this paper,the process of replacing SIEMENS S5 115 U control system of ring crane for 4#blast furnace of Iron-making Plant of Baotou Steel with SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 PLC is mainly introduced. Moreover,the main hardware constitution and the implementation method for the software function of the system are given; the transformation plan for control system of ring crane and the applications of core component FM351 are especially elaborated.
