摘　　要：文章对混合机滚圈因磨损变形严重造成的振动进行分析,通过长期跟踪测量,找出了引起混合机振动的原因,采用磨床对混合机滚圈进行打磨,减少和消除了筒体的振动,稳定了烧结生产。In this paper,the vibration of rolling ring of mixing machine caused by serious abrasion and deformation is analyzed as well as the causes for vibration of mixing machine are found out through long-term tracking measurement. The vibration of barrel is effectively reduced even eliminated by grinding rolling ring of mixing machine with grinding machine,which makes the sintering productions stable.
