摘　　要：文章对浙大中控DCS控制系统JX-300X和ECS-100存在的问题分别进行了介绍,针对问题根据相关理论并结合现场实际情况进行详细的分析,提出不同的解决方案,更换相应的硬件并升级了软件系统。升级后解决了系统隐患,达到了预期效果。In the article,the existing problems of SUPCON distributed control systems（ DCS）,JX-300 X and ECS-100 are introduced respectively as well as they are analyzed in detail based on the relevant theories combining with the actual on-site situations. As a result,different solutions are put forward,the relevant hardware is replaced and software system is upgraded so as to eliminate the hidden troubles of system and achieve the desired effects.
