摘　　要：临床药师参与1例对碳青霉烯耐药的肺炎克雷伯菌血流感染患者的治疗,根据自身专业特点,协助临床医师优化抗感染治疗方案,并对患者初始给药方案选择、后续方案调整、疗效观察和不良反应监测等方面进行药学监护。通过采用美罗培南、多黏菌素B和替加环素三联治疗,患者体温及炎性指标明显好转,病情稳定。临床药师在患者抗感染治疗过程中,利用药学专业知识,协助医师调整抗菌治疗方案,保障了患者安全合理用药。Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of bloodstream infection caused by carbapenem resistant Klebsiella pneumoniae, and helped optimize the anti-infection treatment programs by referring torelated literatures and checking the actual conditions of the patient. The patient＇s temperature and inflammation indicators were significantly improved and conditions stablized after the anti-infection treatment of meropenem, polymyxin B and tigecycline combination. Clinical pharmacists helped optimize the anti-infection treatment programs and ensured the patient＇s medication safety by providing professional pharmaceutical care.
