摘  要:本文对尿素水解制氨工艺的系统组成、工艺特点、投资运行、安全性方面与尿素热解系统进行了分析比较,结果表明,尿素水解制氨工艺安全、稳定、操作简单,初投资成本略高与尿素热解工艺,但运行成本低于尿素热解工艺。The paper makes comparisons between the urea hydrolysis process to ammonia and the urea pyrolysis system in view of the system composition, process characteristics, investment, operation, and safety. The results show that the urea hydrolysis to ammonia is characterized by security, stability, and simple operation. Furthermore, the initial cost of investment for the urea hydrolysis process to ammonia is slightly higher than the urea pyrolysis process, while the operating cost is lower than the urea pyrolysis process.
