摘 要:对含硼添加剂在硫酸渣球团预热焙烧过程中对其性能的影响进行了研究。研究结果表明:适量的含硼添加剂能够有效地降低硫酸渣球团的预热温度和焙烧温度,优化其预热和焙烧性能;含硼添加剂的含量从0%增加到0.4%,硫酸渣球团的预热和焙烧性能得到大幅改善,预热温度和焙烧温度显著降低;当含硼添加剂含量超过0.4%后,含量的增加反而导致硫酸渣球团的预热和焙烧性能逐步下降。The effect of boron bearing additives on performance of pyrite cinder pellets in preheating and roasting processes were investigated. The results show that suitable boron bearing additives can effectively decrease the preheating and roasting temperature of pyrite cinder pellets and improve their preheating and roasting performance. When the content of boron containing additives increases from 0% to 0. 4%,the preheating and roasting performances pyrite cinder pellets are significantly improved,and the preheating and roasting temperature decrease remarkably. But when the content of the additives is over 0. 4%,the increasing content leads to the gradual decrease of preheating and roasting performance of pyrite cinder pellets
