摘 要:隐性颖壳色泽基因是应用于杂交稻混播制种的理想遗传工具。笔者从一自选恢复系XR0714中发现了1份天然携带红褐色颖壳性状的新资源RG-1。研究发现,RG-1的红颖性状在始穗期就开始呈现,可持续至成熟期;其颖壳中的花青素含量显著高于野生型对照XR0714,而叶绿素含量低于对照;RG-1的胚乳色泽及植株生长发育正常;RG-1的红颖性状受隐性细胞核单基因控制,RG-1与XR0714混合后经色选机分离筛选到的正常色泽种子的1次色选率和2次色选率分别达到了99.97%和100%,表明RG-1作为一种新型的色选标记具有应用于杂交稻混播制种的潜力。Recessive genes controlling glume color are valuable genetic resources for establishment of the mixedsowing system in hybrid rice seed production. Fortunately, we discovered a useful germplasm named as RG-1 with red glume from rice restorer line XR0714. In RG-1 plants, the phenotype of red glume occurred at heading stage and lasted until maturity stage. It presented a higher anthocyanin content and a lower chlorophyll content in glumes when compared with XR0714, whereas its endosperm color was normal and the plant growth and development was unaffected. Further genetic analysis revealed that the red-glume trait of RG-1 was controlled by a single recessive nuclear gene. More importantly, through a color-sorting test on a mixture sample containing seeds of XR0714 and RG-1, the normal color seeds(XR0714) were successfully separated from the red-glume seeds(RG-1) at a correct selection rate of 99.97% after one time of color-sorting and 100% after two times of color-sorting, suggesting RG-1 as a novel selective marker would exhibit an applied potential in mixed sowing of hybrid rice seed production.
