摘 要:目的:分析血流感染患者的金黄色葡萄球菌的临床分布及其对抗菌药物的耐药性,为疾病治疗及合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法:对深圳市南山区人民医院2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日临床分离的血流感染金黄色葡萄球菌应用VITEK 2–compact全自动细菌分析仪进行细菌鉴定和药物敏感实验。结果:2016年1月1日至2016年12月31日共分离金黄色葡萄球菌87株,广泛分布于医院各个科室,其中主要分布在ICU(16.1%),骨科(8.0%),心血管外科(5.7%)等,药敏结果显示青霉素G的耐性率最高为97.6%,其次红霉素的耐药率为78.2%,克林霉素的耐药率为72.9%,环丙沙星,庆大霉素耐药率在25.0%左右,未分离到万古霉素、替考拉宁、奎奴普丁/达福普汀、利奈唑胺耐药的菌株。结论:血培养中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素G,红霉素的耐药率高,出现多药耐药,没有分离出耐万古霉素的金黄色葡萄球菌。Objective To investigate the clinical distribution of Staphylococcus aureus and its antimicrobial resistance in patients with bloodstream infection and to provide evidence for the treatment and rational use of antimicrobial agents. MethodsFrom January 1st,2016 to December 31st,2016,a VITEK 2–compact automatic bacterial analyzer was used for bacterial identification and drug susceptibility test for clinically isolated bloodstream infections of Staphylococcus aureus. Results From January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2016, 87 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and distributed in various departments of the hospital, including ICU(22 %), Orthopedics(11 %), Cardiovascular Surgery(8 %). The results showed that the resistance rate of penicillin G was 97.6%, the resistance rate of erythromycin was 78.2%, the resistance rate of clindamycin was 72.9 %, ciprofloxacin, gentamicin resistant rate of about 25%, not isolated vancomycin, teicoplanin, quinuprine/dalfopristin, linezolid resistance strains. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus isolated from blood cultures showed a high rate of resistance to penicillin G and erythromycin,multidrug resistance,no isolation of vancomycin–resistant Staphylococcus aureus.
