摘　　要：目的通过对社区慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)携带者的基本特征、中医体质、心理状态、生存质量的调查,探讨慢性HBV携带者在社区防治方面存在的问题,为探索建立慢性HBV携带者的社区中医防治方案提供参考。方法分别抽取100例慢性HBV携带者及非HBsAg阳性者。对两组进行个人信息、健康体检信息、中医体质分类、生存质量积分、心理状态等相关内容进行调查,所有调查结果及数据在SPSS 19.0统计软件中建立人群原始数据库。结果两组在中医体质分型、抑郁评分、焦虑评分、生存质量的躯体健康、生理职能、总体健康、精神健康、情感职能、心理卫生方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在ALT和AST水平、生存质量的躯体功能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 (1)慢性HBV携带者普遍存在中医体质偏颇、不同程度抑郁及焦虑、生存质量下降等问题;(2)因病情、体质、心理等制定具有中医特色的个体化健康管理方案对于加强慢性HBV携带者的社区管理具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the basic characteristics,the physique of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM）,the psychological state and the quality of life of the chronic HBV carriers in the communities for the prevention and treatment of chronic HBV. Methods Using random sampling method,100 cases of chronic HBV carriers and 100 non HBs Ag positive people were selected. The personal information,physical examination information,TCM constitution classification,quality of life integral and psychological state were investigated. Results There were significant differences in in TCM constitution,depression score,quality of life between the 2 groups（ body health,physiological function,overall health,mental health,emotional function and psychological health,P〈0. 05）. However,there was no significant difference in ALT,ALT,anxiety score or quality of life（ somatic function,somatic pain,vitality or social function,P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Chronic HBV carriers generally have biased constitution,depression,anxiety,and poor quality of life. The individualized health management scheme with TCM characteristics is of great significance to strengthen the community management of chronic HBV carriers.
