摘  要:采用粉末冶金法制备Al2O3/Cu和Cr30/Cu复合材料,采用熔渗法制备W80/Cu(-Al2O3)复合材料,观察其微观组织,测试其真空电击穿性能。结果表明:Al2O3/Cu和Cr30/Cu复合材料有较低的截流值,Cr30/Cu复合材料有较高的耐电压强度,且燃弧时间更加稳定;在W80/Cu复合材料中引入Al2O3强化粒子能提高其耐电压强度,降低截流值;Al2O3/Cu和Cr30/Cu复合材料电弧烧蚀区域均匀分散,而W/Cu复合材料电弧侵蚀集中,侵蚀坑较深,但能减弱熔融金属喷溅;Cr30/Cu复合材料抗真空电击穿性能最优。Al2O3/Cu and Cr30/Cu composites were prepared by powder metallurgy,and W80/Cu(-Al2O3) composites were prepared by infiltration method,respectively,and microstructure of the composites was observed and their vacuum electric breakdown properties were tested. The results show that the Al2O3/Cu and Cr30/Cu composites have low chopping current,and the Cr30/Cu composite has high breakdown strength and stable arc duration. The addition of Al2O3 particles in the W80/Cu composite can improve breakdown strength and reduce chopping current. The arc erosion zones are uniform and dispersive on the surfaces of the Al2O3/Cu and Cr30/Cu composites,and the arc erosion in the W80/Cu composites is concentrated and the erosion pits are deep,which can weaken the molten metal splash. It turns out that the Cr30/Cu composite has the optimal electrical breakdown resistance.
