摘  要:采用真空感应渗氮方法在20Cr Mn Ti钢表面制备渗氮层,利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜、显微硬度计和摩擦磨损试验机等分析了渗氮层的物相、组织结构、致密性、显微硬度梯度和耐磨性。结果表明:真空脉冲感应渗氮1 h就能够制备出较为致密的渗氮层,其硬度超过800 HV0.025,扩散层深度达到300μm;渗氮层主要由合金氮化物(Mn4N,Cr2N)和铁氮化合物(Fe(4.4)N,Fe3N,Fe2N)组成,随着渗氮压力的增加,渗氮层由含氮量低的铁氮化合物逐渐转变为高氮的铁氮化合物;感应渗氮的气体压力对渗氮层的厚度影响不大,随着渗氮气体压力的增加,渗氮层的厚度有小幅度的增加,但是当渗氮气体压力过大时,渗氮层的脆性增大;当渗氮气体压力为-30 k Pa时,渗氮层的磨损率最低,大大提高了基体的耐磨性。Nitriding layer was prepared on the surface of 20 Cr Mn Ti steel by vacuum induction nitriding method. The phase,microstructure,compactness,microhardness gradient and wear resistance of the nitriding layer were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,microhardness tester and friction and wear tester. The result shows that a more compact nitriding layer,with a hardness of more than 800 HV0. 025 and a depth of diffusion layer of 300 μm,can be prepared on the surface of the steel by vacuum pulse induction nitriding for 1 h. The nitriding layer is mainly composed of alloy nitride( Mn4N,Cr2N) and iron nitrogen compound( Fe(4.4)N,Fe3N,Fe2N),and with the increasing of nitriding pressure,the nitriding layer gradually changes from iron nitrogen compound with low nitrogen content to the compound with high nitrogen content. The gas pressure of induction nitriding has little effect on the thickness of the nitriding layer,and with the increasing of nitriding gas pressure,the thickness of the nitriding layer increases slightly,but the brittleness of the nitriding layer increases obviously when the pressure of nitriding gas is too high. When the nitriding gas pressure is-30 k Pa,the nitriding layer has the lowest wear rate,which greatly improves the wear resistance of the matrix.
