摘 要:乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤,传统的治疗方法虽然有效,但也存在很多不良反应,纳米制剂因其独特的物理化学性质,良好的靶向性和较小的不良反应为治疗乳腺癌提供了新的思路,并成为抗癌的有效工具。本文结合被动靶向机制、主动靶向机制和物理化学靶向机制,对基于PLGA的纳米载药系统进行介绍,并综述了近年来该类型的纳米制剂在乳腺癌治疗中的研究进展。Breast cancer is a high incidence disease among women. The clinical therapeutic methods are effective,but have many adverse drug reactions. Nanoparticle is considered as a new treatment strategy with its unique physical and chemical properties,better targeting effect and less toxicity. The review mainly introduces PLGA-based nano-drug delivery systems which base on passive targeting mechanism,active targeting mechanism and physicochemical targeting mechanism. Recent research developments and clinical application of PLGA-based nano-drug delivery systems for treating breast cancer are also reviewed.
