摘 要:目的基于网络药理学方法预测降酸除痹方治疗痛风性关节炎作用靶点与通路。方法采用Therapeutic Targets数据库,Genetic Association数据库,Traditional Chinese M edicine Systems Pharmacology数据库获得痛风性关节炎靶点以及降酸除痹方药物靶点,采用Uniprot数据库转换信息,采用Cytoscape3.2.1软件包括Bisogene插件,Merge插件,Cyto NCA插件构建网络,最后通过DAVID数据库和Omicshare数据库做通路分析和结果可视化。结果降酸除痹方作用于痛风性关节炎有核心靶点蛋白295个,而这些蛋白主要富集在EB病毒感染,癌症,病毒致癌,PI3K-Akt通路,MAPK通路等多条通路,与痛风的治疗均有密切的联系。结论降酸除痹方治疗痛风性关节炎从多靶点、多通路发挥作用。Objective To predict targets and pathways of Jiangsuanchubi recipe on gout based on network pharmacology. Methods Therapeutic Targets Database,Genetic Association Database,Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database were used to obtain the targets information of disease and medicine. Uniprot Database was used to transfer information. Then the network was constructed by Cytoscape3. 2. 1 software,Bisogene software,Merge software,CytoNCA software. Finally,the pathways were analyzed and the result was visualized by DAVID Database and Omicshare Database. Results There were 295 core targets in the network of Jiangsuanchubi recipe on gout. These targets were closely related to Epstein-barr virus infection,pathways in cancer,viral carcinogenesis,PI3 K-Akt signaling pathway,MAPK signaling pathway. Conclusion Jiangsuanchubi recipe may treat gout by multi-target and multi-pathway.
