摘 要:MoS_2薄膜在湿热大气环境长期存储后,由于严重的氧化导致其摩擦学性能大幅劣化,通常表现出较高的摩擦系数和较短的使用寿命.为了改善MoS_2薄膜在湿热大气环境下的抗氧化和摩擦学性能,通过非平衡闭合场磁控溅射技术制备了MoS_2/Pb-Ti纳米多层薄膜,首次研究了MoS2纳米多层复合薄膜与纯MoS_2薄膜在恶劣的南海海洋大气环境暴露储存6个月后的薄膜成分、摩擦学性能的衍化行为.结果表明:与纯MoS_2薄膜相比,MoS_2/Pb-Ti纳米多层薄膜具有更好的抗湿热氧化性能,其摩擦学性能几乎未受到南海储存环境的影响,依然表现出较低的摩擦系数和磨损率.借助XRD、XPS、TEM和纳米压痕硬度等分析手段发现其摩擦学性能的大幅改善是由于薄膜中大量的异质界面对其晶面结构、薄膜致密性和机械性能的改善,以及Pb/Ti金属复合相对MoS_2氧化的抑制作用.The pure Mo S_2 coating always performs high friction coefficient and short service life caused by severe oxidation after long-time storage in hot and humid atmospheric environment.The Monano-multilayer coating was deposited by unbalanced magnetron sputtering system to improve the tribological performance and oxidation resistance.This research was the first study on the derivation of chemical components and tribological performances of the Monano-multilayer coating and pure Mo S_2 coating after 6 months exposure in marine atmospheric environment in the South China Sea.The results demonstrate that compared with pure Mo S_2 coating,the Monano-multilayer coating performed better antioxidant property,and the multilayer coating still showed low friction coefficient and wear rate,which was hardly affected by the harsh storage condition.The significant improvement in tribological properties of multilayer coating was investigated by various analytical techniques(Nano Indenter,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,transmission electron microscopy).And it is found that the heterogenous interfaces existing in multilayer coating altered the structure of crystal face,and improved the compactness and mechanical properties of coating.In addition,the alloy phase in Pb-Ti layer also played an important role in inhibiting oxidation of Mo S_2.
