摘  要:为提高小麦赤霉病防治效果,筛选豫东平原防治小麦赤霉病的高效生物制剂,以‘郑麦7698’为试材,研究枯草芽孢杆菌WP、氨基寡糖素AS、申嗪霉素SC、低聚糖素AS、井冈·蜡芽菌SC 5种生物制剂和井冈·多菌灵SC、多菌灵WP对小麦赤霉病的田间防效。结果表明:小麦赤霉病重发年份,2次用药可以明显提高病穗防效和病指防效,应该进行2次用药。在小麦扬花初期、扬花盛期2次用药,对小麦赤霉病防治效果最好的处理为处理(6)井冈·多菌灵,病穗防效为78.21%,病指防效达到80.55%;处理(7)多菌灵、处理(3)申嗪霉素、处理(1)枯草芽孢杆菌次之,病指防效均在75%以上,无显著性差异。增产效果以处理(6)井冈·多菌灵最好,增产率为26.51%;处理(7)多菌灵次之,增产率为25.03%。豫东平原防治小麦赤霉病可首选井冈·多菌灵,多菌灵仍可继续应用,枯草芽孢杆菌、申嗪霉素可作为多菌灵的替代药剂推广应用。To improve the control effect of wheat scab and screen out an efficient biological control agent,the study takes ‘Zhengmai7698’ as test material,to examine the effect of five different biocontrol agents,which were Bacillus Subtilis WP,Amino-oligosaccharide AS,Shinyomycin SC,Oligosaccharin AS and Jinggang Bacillus Cereus SC and two different Carbendazims,which were Jinggang Carbendazim SC and Carbendazim WP,on wheat scab in field in Henan Plain.The results indicated that in heavy wheat scab periods,twice usages of biocontrol agents significantly improved the prevention effects of disease spike and disease index,twice usages should be conducted in heavy disease years.Furthermore,among the biocontrol agents applied in the initial stage of flowering and the stage of blossoming,the best treatment of wheat scab was Jinggang Carbendazim,with the disease spike prevention effect of 78.21%,and disease index prevention effect of 80.55%,followed by Carbendazim,Shinzamycin and Bacillus Subtilis,whose control efficiency was all above75%and had no significant difference.Jinggang Carbendazim had the best yield-increasing effect with a rate of 26.51%,then was Carbendazim with the yield-increasing rate of 25.03%.To conclude,Jinggang Carbendazim is the first choice in eastern Henan plain,while Carbendazim remains useful.Bacillus Subtilis and Shinzamycin could be used as feasible alternatives of Carbendazim.
