摘　　要：为助推优秀农业科技成果脱颖而出,真正发挥科技奖励的激励和导向作用,笔者结合多年从事农业科技奖励工作的体会与经验,从农业科技奖励申报中奖励类型的选择、推荐材料的撰写质量、答辩表现等环节入手,系统全面探讨了提高农业科技成果获奖率的关键共性问题。提出了成果报奖前的需要从6方面做好相应准备,分析了在申报材料撰写时需要注意的常见问题及撰写技巧,讨论了如何能够进行精彩答辩等,为农业科技奖励申报者提供了参考。To boost the outstanding agricultural science and technology achievements, give full play to theincentive and guiding function of science and technology awards, the authors discussed the key common issueson improving the award rate of agricultural science and technology achievements from three aspects： the choiceof award type, the quality of recommendation material, and the performance of project defense, combined withthe management experience of the agricultural science and technology award for years. Then, the authors putforward 6 key links for preparing the award declaration, analyzed the writing skills of the declaration materials,and discussed how to make a good reply in the project defense. This paper could provide a reference for theagricultural science and technology award declaration.
