摘  要:万博中央商务区购物中心塔楼属于超B级高度超高层建筑,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续等不规则项。针对工程特点,采用基于性能的抗震设计方法,设定结构抗震性能目标要求为C级,进行整体结构弹性计算、弹性时程分析、抗震性能验算以及罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析,结合计算分析结果,进行合理的结构布置,在采取有针对性的抗震加强措施下确保结构安全可靠。The Wanbo central business shopping mall with a frame-core wall structure is classified as a super highrise building of over Grade B height. It has the characteristics of torsional irregularity, floor slab discontinuity and other irregularities. A performance-based seismic design method is adopted with the seismic performance target set at Grade C. Through the elasticity calculations of the overall structure, elastic time history analysis, seismic performance checking and dynamic elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquake conditions, targeted anti-seismic strengthening measures are taken to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure.
