摘 要:为满足电动汽车车载充电机大功率输出需求,设计了一种单级三相功率因数校正(PFC)+变压器串并联DC/DC变换器。该变换器将三相PFC拓扑和移相全桥拓扑合二为一,采用变频控制,实现了输入PFC、桥臂开关管零电压开关(ZVS)开通和输出电压可调。变压器采用初级绕组串联、次级绕组经全桥整流加电感滤波后再并联的策略,实现了功率拓展及功率自动均衡。分析了变换器工作原理,根据实验技术指标介绍了参数设计和器件选取,分析了变压器在此结构下功率自动均衡原理。最后,设计实验样机验证了其有效性。A single-stage three-phase power factor correction(PFC) and transformer series-parallel DC/DC converter is designed to meet the demand of high power output of electric vehicle charger.The converter combines three-phase PFC topology with phase shifted full bridge topology,using variable frequency control,to achieve the input PFC,bridge switches zero voltage switching turning on(ZVS) and output voltage adjustable.The primary windings are connected in series,the secondary windings are followed by the full bridge rectifier and the indutor before connected to achieve power expansion and power automatic balance.The working principle of the converter is analyzed,the parameter design and the device selection are designed, and the principle of automatic power equalization of the transformer is analyzed.Finally, a prototype is designed to verify the effectiveness of the converter.
