临床药师对3种清洁手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物持续干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的评估临床药师对3种清洁手术围术期抗菌药物预防性应用的干预效果。方法研究对象为2010、2012、2014及2017年第4季度行小儿疝修补术,小儿鞘膜积液鞘状突高位结扎术和乳腺手术的患者,采用回顾性分析的方法,根据干预时间及干预措施,分别纳入干预前组,第1阶段干预组,第2阶段干预组及第3阶段干预组,对各组患者预防用药情况进行统计分析。结果 3种清洁手术围术期预防用药率在临床药师的持续干预后出现明显下降的趋势,在药品品种的选择、抗菌药物使用疗程及给药时机等方面,干预后比干预前更加具有合理性和经济性。结论临床药师对3种清洁手术围术期预防使用抗菌药物的干预效果明显。OBJECTIVE To evaluate the effect of clinical pharmacists on the preventive application of antibacterial agents during perioperative period of three cleaning operations. METHODS The patients who underwent mammary gland surgery,hernia repair in children and high ligation of hydrocele sheath in children on in the fourth quarter of 2010,2012,2014 and 2017,were retrospectively analyzed.According to the time of intervention and the intervention measures taken,the intervention group was respectively included in the intervention group,the first-stage intervention group,the second-stage intervention group and the third-stage intervention group.Prevention of drug use in each group was analyzed. RESULTS After continuous intervention,the rate of prophylactic drug use in the perioperative period of clean surgery was obviously decreased,and the choice of drugs,the timing of administration and the course of treatment were more reasonable and economical. CONCLUSION The clinical pharmacists has obvious effect on the prevention and use of antibacterial agents during the perioperative period of 3 cleaning operations.
