摘  要:微信是现在生活中必不可少的手机应用软件之一,广泛应用于我们的日常生活中。因微信的存在,人们的沟通方式变得更加高效便捷。某院病案科室尝试将微信运用于病案管理的基础工作中,借助微信平台的便利,随时可以联络沟通交流,保障病案管理工作高效细致的完成。运用微信的各项功能提高了病案管理的工作效率、促进了与临床科室间有效交流、切实完善各项规定、适时宣传相关文件通知并获得及时反馈,增加了科室工作的透明度,促进了科室之间工作的相互理解,促进关系和谐,工作配合顺畅,确保病案工作的顺利完成。WeChat is one of the essential mobile application software which is widely used in our daily life. Due to the existence of WeChat, people's communication method become more convenient and efficient. The department of Medical Record have been trying to utilize WeChat in their basic management. Because of the convenience of WeChat platform, contacting and communicating different departments become very easy and fast, anytime and anywhere; therefore, we can complete our work efficiently and meticulously. WeChat can improve system and management efficiency, promote communication, and understand better between departments. We can receive hospital's regulation and publicize relevant documents timely by WeChat; meanwhile, it also the effective way to harmonize relations between colleagues.
