摘  要:当今社会,医务人员的心理健康问题日趋严重,职业倦怠在病案管理人员中普遍存在。本文分别从病案科工作负荷重,人员配备不足、病案管理人员晋升困难,薪酬偏低、培训学习机会少的单位组织因素与中年女性人口学变量角度、个人胜任能力不足两方面个体因素分析职业倦怠的成因,建议单位组织以人本理念管理,引进高素质人才、完善绩效考核体系、支持职工的培训学习;个人方面则以加强锻炼身体对抗女性中年危机、调整心态,养成平时学习与累积知识的习惯,提高胜任力以应对职业倦怠。Nowadays, the mental health problems of medical personnel are becoming more and more serious, and medical record managers, low compensation, and less opportunities for training and learning. This paper analyzes the causes of job burnout in two aspects of individual competence, and suggests that the organization of the unit should manage with the concept of humanism, introduce high-quality talents, perfect the performance appraisal system, and support the training and study of the workers. On the personal side, we should strengthen the physical training to fight the female midlife crisis, adjust the mentality, develop the habit of learning and accumulating knowledge in peacetime, and improve the competence to deal with job burnout.
