基于微信平台的病案复印预约系统使用初探

摘　　要：为解决医院病案复印服务中存在的问题,如复印病案时排队等候时间长、无法满足患者随时可能的病案复印需求、远途的出院患者需要一周后返回医院复印病案等,改善患者或其委托代理人的服务体验,某院病案室基于微信的公共服务平台设计了微信预约系统,实现了复印预约、线上缴费、办理邮寄病案等功能。患者或其委托代理人只需要使用智能手机访问医院的微信服务号,就可以自行操作。在系统投入使用后,复印窗口排队的情况明显减少,等候时间缩短,远途的出院患者不需要再次返回医院即可取走病案复印件,病案室的服务满意度提升。实践中发现,窗口服务的优化是一个持续的过程,通过信息技术可以提高工作效率,提升服务体验。There were some problems in the medical record copy service of the hospital, such as the long waiting time in the copy of the medical record, the need to meet the patient＇s copy of the medical record at any time, the discharged patient in the distance need to return to the hospital copy case one week later. Improving the service experience of the patients or their agents was also an objective. Based on WeChat＇s public service platform, the WeChat booking system is designed to achieve the functions of record copying reservation, online payment, and mailing medical records. Patients or their agents only need to use smart phones to visit the hospital＇s WeChat service and order. Patients or agents in the window queue situation significantly reduced, waiting time is shortened, the patients who lives far away do not need to go back to the hospital again to take out copies of medical records. After the implementation of the system, the service satisfaction of the medical record room is improved.Window service optimization is a continuous process, people can improve the working efficiency and enhance the service experience by information technology.
