品管圈活动提高输血病案合格率

摘　　要：目的探讨应用品管圈活动管理临床输血病案质量的效果。方法由科室全体成员及本院学生共同组成品管圈,选定本次活动主题为"提高输血病案合格率",设计临床输血病案检查表格,对活动前(2016年7月-2016年12月)509份输血病案和活动后(2017年7月-2017年12月)571份输血病案的合格率进行统计分析,采用SPSS17.0统计学软件,对计数资料用统计描述中交叉表X2检验,对计量资料采用t检验,对比活动前后输血病案的合格率以及圈员的主观感受。结果经过品管圈活动后,输血病案的合格率由69.0%提高到87.0%,目标达成率为97.3%;评分项总合格率由61.2%提高到84.8%,目标达成率101.7%。结论有效利用品管圈活动,能够提高输血病案合格率,改善输血病案质量,还能够增强全体圈员解决问题的能力,增加责任心、沟通能力、积极性以及提高教学能力。Objective To study the effect of the management of clinical transfusion medical records in the management of the supply tube. Methods All members of the department and the students of the college formed a quality control circle. The theme of the event was selected to improve the pass rate of transfusion medical records. A clinical transfusion medical record examination form was designed to statistically analyze the eligible rate of transfusion medical records before the activity （509 copies, from July to December, 2016） and after the activity （571 copies, from July to December, 2017） . Using SPSS17.0 statistical software, using cross-table X2 test for statistical description of count data, and t-test for measurement data, comparing the qualified rate of blood transfusion medical records before and after the activity, and the subjective feelings of circlers. Results After QC activities, the pass rate of blood transfusion records was increased from 69.0% to 87.0%, and the target achievement rate was 97.3%. The total qualification rate of ratings items increased from 61.2% to 84.4%, and the target achievement rate was 101.7%. Conclusion Effective use of quality management circle activity, can improve the qualified rate of blood transfusion medical records, improve the quality of blood transfusion medical records, still can enhance the entire circle problem solving skills, increase their enthusiasm and sense of responsibility, communication ability, teaching ability.
