摘　　要：目的提高多用途喷雾机的适应性,延长使用寿命。方法在使用与维修中发现问题,进行设计和使用方法的改进。结果通过设计和使用方法的改进,缩短了药液箱保养时间,由10 min缩短为2 min,也提高了清洗的质量,发动机仓的位置改进后,发电机组的工作环境温度更接近于外部环境温度26.5℃,工作2 h后,进风口温度比原来降低了17℃,同时也方便发电机组的维护,发电机组蓄电池加装总开关,更加有利于蓄电池的保存与使用,自锁开关操作方法的改进延长了其使用寿命。结论装备的发展要不断创新,提高装备的适应性,以应对复杂条件下的勤务需要。Objective To improve the adaptability and prolong the service life of the multipurpose sprayer. Methods Finding out the problems in the use and maintenance,and improving the design and application. Results Through the improvement of the design and application,the maintenance time of the liquid medicine box was shortened from 10 minutes to 2 minutes,and the quality of cleaning was also improved. After the improvement of the position of the engine bin,the working environment temperature of the generator set was closer to the external environment. After 2 hours of work,the temperature of the inlet was 17 ℃ lower than the machine without innovation,and the maintenance of the generator set was also convenient. The battery of the generator set was equipped with the main switch,which was more conducive to the storage and use of the battery. The operation method of the self-locking switch was improved,and its service life was prolonged. Conclusion The development of the equipment should be constantly innovated and improved,meeting the needs of performance under complex conditions.
