摘　　要：介绍了一种工业电炉加热过程中废气排放的废热利用装置。通过理论计算和高温试验,成功研制出一种具有预热补气功能的工业电炉废气排放装置,有效解决了由于补入的空气温度低而造成的炉温均匀度变差及能源浪费等问题。A waste heat disposal device in the process of industrial electric furnace heating is introduced. Through theoretical calculation and high temperature test, an exhaust emission device for industrial electric furnace with air preheating function is successfully developed, which effectively solved the problem of poor furnace temperature uniformity and energy waste caused by low feeding air temperature.
