摘  要:稀土掺杂的氮化物荧光粉具有较高的热稳定性和化学稳定性、可实现紫外到蓝光高效激发且发射颜色多样等优点,在固态照明和显示方面具有广泛的应用。近年来,氮化物荧光粉在制备技术、发光调控及新物质合成等方面取得了一定的进展。本文重点介绍了几种重要氮化物荧光粉的晶体结构、制备方法、发光调控及产业化研究进展,并针对目前存在的问题,提出了未来发展的方向。Rare-earth-doped nitride phosphors have high thermal stability and chemical stability, can be efficiently excited from UV to blue light, and have various emission colors. They have wide applications in solid-state lighting and display. In recent years, researchers have made some progress in preparation techniques, luminescence control and new phase structure synthesis of nitride phosphors. The manuscript focuses on the crystal structure, preparation methods, progress of several important nitride phosphors. Future existing problems of nitride phosphors. luminescence regulation and industrialization development trend is proposed based on the
