摘 要:为实现列车车轮直径快速、精准、非接触测量,设计了一种便携式车轮直径激光测量仪,给出了测量仪的测量原理、总体设计以及软硬件设计。该测量仪通过一维激光位移传感器和磁栅位移传感器扫描获得被测车轮滚动圆的一段圆弧的离散坐标值,由蓝牙将测量数据传送到工业手机的专用软件中,通过数据处理和误差补偿,最后采用最小二乘法拟合圆计算得到被测车轮的直径。通过实验验证,该装置的测量误差小于0.1 mm,重复性误差小于0.08 mm。In order to realize the fast,accurate and non-contact measurement of the diameter of a train wheel,this paper designs a portable laser measuring instrument. The principle of the instrument and the overall design including the hardware and software are introduced. Discrete coordinate data of a circular arc of a wheel rolling circle are obtained via a one-dimensional laser displacement senor and a magnetic grid displacement sensor,which are transmitted to the dedicated software in the industrial mobile phone by Bluetooth. Then,after data processing and error compensation,the diameter is calculated using the least square method. The experimental results show that the measuring error of the instrument is less than 0. 1 mm and the repeatability error is less than 0. 08 mm.
