摘　　要：为了满足深潜器等水下装备上各通信系统间的信号中继需求,研制了一种可以柔性安装在水下装备舱壁上的高水密性多芯光缆穿舱连接器及组件。该光缆穿舱组件用于水下装备上各舱室间的多路信号传输,同时实现各相邻舱室之间的水密要求。此外,穿舱座能根据穿舱筒实际尺寸灵活的安装、拆卸,整个组件使用维护方便。性能测试结果表明,研制的柔性安装高水密性多芯光缆穿舱组件设计合理,环境适应性强,具有广阔的应用前景。In order to meet the signal relay demand among various communication systems on underwater equipment such as deep diving equipment,a high water tightness multi-core crossing cabins fiber optic connector and cable assembly that can be flexibly mounted on the bulkheads of underwater equipment is developed.The crossing cabins optical cable assembly is used for multi-channel signal transmission between cabins in underwater equipment,while achieving water tightness requirements between adjacent cabins.In addition,the crossing cabins socket connector can be flexibly installed and disassembled according to the actual size of the crossing cabins barrel,and the entire optical cable assembly is easy to use and maintain.The performance test results show that the developed flexible-mounting multi-core crossing cabins optical cable assembly with high water tightness has reasonable design,strong environmental adaptability and broad application prospects.
