摘 要:为提升气体钻水平井岩屑运移效率,应用欧拉—欧拉双流体模型,模拟计算了气体钻水平井正弦脉冲注气方式下环空中气固两相的流动,并基于颗粒动理学理论建立岩屑颗粒碰撞能量交换和耗散方程,采用气体湍流模型(RNG k-ε模型),分析了不同振幅及频率的脉冲气体对环空中气相脉动压力、岩屑体积分数、岩屑颗粒温度及气相湍流动能的影响。结果表明:随着脉冲气体振幅及频率的增大,环空中压降不断增大,岩屑体积分数不断减小;同体积注气量,脉冲注气方式下环空中的岩屑体积分数最多可比恒速注气方式下小33%,且脉冲振幅的改变对模拟结果起主导作用;脉冲注气使环空中岩屑浓度降低,从而提高了井眼净化效率。In order to enhance the efficiency of the cuttings transport of the gas-drilled horizontal well,with the help of Euler-Euler two-fluid model,the flows of the gas-solid two liquids in the annulus were simulated and calculated for the horizontal well injected and drilled by the sine pulsed gas,and at the same time,based on the granular kinetic theory,the energy exchanging and dissipating equations of the cutting particle collision were established,by means of gas turbulent model( RNG k-ε model),the influences of different-amplitude/frequency injected pulsed gas on the pulsating pressure,cutting volume fraction,cutting granular temperature and gas-phase turbulent kinetic energy in the annulus were analyzed. The results show that with the rises of the gas amplitude and frequency,the annular pressure drop is continuously increased,the volume fraction of the cutting is gradually decreased; for the same volume of the gas injection,the volume fraction of the cutting in the annulus and in the mode of the pulsed gas injection is at most less than that in the mode of the constant-velocity gas injection,and furthermore the changes of the pulsed amplitude play the dominant role on the results of the simulation; the pulsed gas injection makesthe reduction of the cuttings in the annulus,thus the purified efficiency of the borehole can be enhanced.
