摘  要:南堡35-2油田位于渤海中部,储层具有厚度大、平均渗透率高、非均质性强和原油黏度高等特点,水油流度比较大,水驱开发波及程度和采收率较低。以微生物学和油藏工程为理论指导,以仪器检测和物理模拟为技术手段,以南堡35-2油田为研究对象,开展微生物菌种筛选和提高采收率实验研究。结果表明,成功建立起适宜南堡35-2油藏和菌群的激活体系,通过实验评价发现该微生物驱油体系产生的气体以氮气与二氧化碳为主,降低油水界面张力50%左右,物理模拟岩心驱替实验表明微生物提高采收率可在常规水驱基础上再提高8.4%。Nanpu 35-2 Oilfield,located in Middle Bohai,is characterized by large reservoir thickness,high average permeability,high heterogeneity and high crude oil viscosity. And moreover the ratio of the water and oil is rather bigger,both the swept degree and the oil recovery of the water flooding are rather lower. Theoretically guided by microbiology and oil reservoir engineering,taking the instrument detection and physical simulation as the technical means,and moreover regarded Nanpu 35-2 Oilfield as the research object,the selection of the microbial strain and the experiment on enhancing the oil recovery were carried out. The achievements show that the activating system suitable for Nanpu 35-2 oil reservoirs and bacteria groups was successfully established,the laboratory test and evaluation discover that the gases produced by the oil displacing system of this kind of the microbile are mainly nitrogen and CO2,the interfacial tension of the oil and water has been reduced by about 50%,the physical simulation of the core displacing experiment shows that the increment of the MEOR is up to 8. 4% on the basis of the conventional water flooding.
