摘  要:以锐钛型工业级蜂窝状催化剂为材料,在新型干法水泥生产线窑尾布袋除尘器后进行了10 000 m^3/h的低温选择性催化还原脱硝(SCR)试验研究。结果显示,空速对脱硝效率的影响受制于催化剂活性温度,5 000h^(-1)空速值设计是可行的。温度是SCR脱硝的关键因素。脱硝效率随着温度升高而增高,130℃时脱硝效率大约30%,150℃脱硝效率达50%,170℃可实现80%以上脱硝效率,稳定实现100 mg/Nm^3以内排放,氨逃逸浓度小于1 ppm。The 10 000 m3/h pilot SCR experiment on low-temperature and low dust was conducted by using industrial grade, anatase type, cellular catalyst in NSP kiln end after bag filter. The results showed that the effect of SV on denitration efficiency was constrained by the active temperature of the catalyst, and the SV value of 5 000 h-1 was feasible. Temperature was a key factor in SCR denitration, and the efficiency increase with temperature increase. The denitrification efficiency was 30% and 50% respectively in 130 ℃ and 150 ℃.When the reaction temperature was 170℃, the denitrification efficiency would steady over 80%, the NOx emission concentration was stable less than 100mg/m3, and the ammonia escape was less than 1 ppm.
