羚角钩藤汤预防小儿热性惊厥复发40例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察羚角钩藤汤预防小儿热性惊厥复发的临床疗效。方法:将80例热性惊厥患儿随机分为2组各40例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加羚角钩藤汤治疗,比较2组疗效。结果:2组发热次数、惊厥次数、复发例数、癫痫例数比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:羚角钩藤汤可以有效预防小儿热性惊厥的复发。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Lingjiao Gouteng decoction in preventing the recurrence of febrile seizures in children. Methods： A total of 80 children with febrile seizures were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 children in each group. The children in the control group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and those in the treatment group were given Lingjiao Gouteng decoction in addition to the treatment in the control group. Clinical outcome was compared between the two groups. Results：There were significant differences between the two groups in the number of times of pyrexia,the number of seizures,the number of children with recurrence,and the number of children with epilepsy（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Lingjiao Gouteng decoction can effectively prevent the recurrence of febrile seizures in children.
