皮屑I号洗剂治疗豚鼠皮肤马拉色菌感染的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨皮屑I号洗剂治疗豚鼠皮肤马拉色菌感染的疗效。方法:将20只健康白色雄性清洁级豚鼠随机分为治疗组和对照组各10只。在豚鼠背部脱毛并连续涂抹马拉色菌1周制作感染模型。治疗组予皮屑I号洗剂2m L加清水清洗皮损区,连续2周;对照组仅以清水冲洗治疗第3、7、14天对实验动物进行皮损部位评分和皮屑真菌培养。结果:治疗组治疗第3、7、14天皮损部位评分均显著低于对照组,皮屑真菌培养阳性率在治疗第14天显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮屑I号洗剂治疗豚鼠皮肤马拉色菌感染起效快,效果良好,可进一步申请临床实验治疗。Objective： To investigate the effect of Pixie No. I lotion in the treatment of skin Malassezia infection in guinea pigs. Methods： A total of 20 clean healthy white male guinea pigs were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 10 guinea pigs in each group. A model of infection was established by hair removal at the back of guinea pigs and continuous application of Malassezia for one week. The guinea pigs in the treatment group were given Pixie No. I lotion 2 ml and clean water to wash the skin lesion for two consecutive weeks,and those in the control group were given clean water alone. Skin lesion scoring and dander fungal culture were performed on days 3,7,and 14 of treatment. Results： On days 3,7,and 14 of treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower skin lesion score than the control group（P〈0.05）,and on day 14 of treatment,the treatment group had a significantly lower positive rate of dander fungal culture than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Pixie No. I lotion has a rapid onset of action and a good effect in the treatment of skin Malassezia infection in guinea pigs,and thus clinical trials can be performed.
