摘 要:以桁架门式起重机为研究对象,利用ANSYS软件建立门架结构的二自由度动力学模型。通过对模型的模态分析,得到门架结构的前6阶固有频率和振型。从动力学模型和机构件选择方面分析了结构模态的影响因素,为提高结构动态刚度提供了有效依据。在模态分析的基础上进行谐响应分析,确定了起重机在不同频率激振下的振动响应及易产生共振的频率,为设计及操作人员提供了有效的理论依据。The truss gantry crane was taken as the research object, and ANSYS was applied to establish the two-freedom-degree dynamic model of the gantry. After modal analysis on the model, the natural frequency and vibration mode of preceding six orders of the gantry were obtained. The modal influential factors of the gantry were analyzed from dynamic model and the mechanism selection, which offered effective reference for the enhancement of the dynamic stiffness of the gantry. After that, the harmonic response analysis was conducted, and the vibration response of the crane at various excitation frequency as well as the frequency at which resonance easily occurred were determined. The research offered effective theoretical reference for designers and operators.
