甲病的激光治疗

摘　　要：甲病的临床治疗非常困难。传统药物治疗常常因为疗效不佳、依从性差而导致治疗失败。激光治疗为甲病的治疗提供一个新的选择。临床上可以使用激光治疗的甲病包括甲银屑病、甲真菌病、嵌甲及甲营养不良等。常用的激光种类包括CO_2激光、Nd:YAG激光、二极管激光等。文中对上述疾病的激光治疗进行综述,为甲病治疗方法的选择提供参考。The treatment of nail disease is very difficult. Traditional drug treatment often leads to failure because of its poor efficacy and compliance. Laser therapy offers a new option for the treatment of nail diseases. The nail diseases which can be treated by laser includes nail psoriasis,onychomycosis,ingrown nails and onychodystrophy. Common types of lasers include CO2 lasers,Nd： YAG lasers,diode lasers,etc. The purpose of this article is to review the laser treatment of these diseases and provide reference for selecting the treatment for nail disease.
