摘 要:在特高压工程大规模建设新形势下,工程建设安全管理越发重要。为提升现场安全管理水平,从人员、制度、设备、环境和技术5个方面建立特高压变电站安全管理模型,利用熵权模糊评价法开展建设管理安全评价,数据化分析现场建设管理安全工作情况。最后,在某特高压交流变电站中运用该创新管理方法,验证了方法的可行性及准确性。In the new trend of the large-scale construction of UHV project,the safety management of engineering construction is becoming more and more important .In order to improve the level of safety management in the field, this paper will establish the security management model of UHV substation from 5 aspects,such as personnel,system,equipment,environment and technology.The safety evaluation of construction management is carried out by entropy weight fuzzy evaluation method, and the safety work of field construction management is analyzed quantitively.Finally,the innovative management method is used in the S UHV AC substation, and the feasibility and accuracy of this method are verified.
