引药米酒对瓜蒌薤白中3,29-DK的药代动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究引药米酒对瓜蒌薤白中3,29-DK的药代动力学模型及参数的影响。方法:健康雄性新西兰兔2.0~2.5 kg,随机分为瓜蒌薤白水溶液组和米酒溶液组,按瓜蒌薤白水溶液和米酒溶液中3,29-DK的含量计,以5 mg/kg灌胃给药,采集不同时间血液,HPLC-DAD法测定3,29-DK的含量,药物浓度-时间曲线经DAS 2.0软件拟合,进行模型判别和参数计算。结果:瓜蒌薤白水溶液和米酒溶液给新西兰兔灌胃后,3,29-DK在兔体内的药动学模型分别为一室模型和二室模型。结论:引药米酒可改变瓜蒌薤白中3,29-DK的药动学特征。Objective： To study the effect of rice wine as cites drug on pharmacokinetic models and parameters of 3,29-DK in Gualou-Xiebai. Methods： Healthy male New Zealand rabbits（2.0-2.5）kg were randomly divided into Gualou-Xiebai aqueous solution group and rice wine solution group. Intragastric administration was administered by dose of 5 mg/kg according to the content of3,29-DK in Gualou-Xiebai aqueous solution and rice wine solution, blood samples were collected at different time periods, and the content of 3,29-DK was determined by HPLC-DAD. The drug concentration-time curve was fitted by DAS 2.0 software, and model discrimination and parameter calculation were carried out. Results： The pharmacokinetic models of 3,29-DK in rabbits were one compartment model and two compartment models after intragastric administration to New Zealand rabbits with Gualou-Xiebai aqueous solution and rice wine solution. Conclusion： The rice wine as cites drug can change the pharmacokinetic characteristics of 3,29-DK in Gualou-Xiebai.
