摘　　要：应厘清智库、智库活动、知识流动及其特征、智库活动与知识流动之间的关系、资源共享网络的概念和之间的关系,掌握智库活动的规律与需求。研究建设集新闻资讯、专家信息、科研动态、资源导航等内容于一体的资源共享网络,作为新的知识服务方式,对新型智库发展的适应性与必要性。Through analyzing the features of think-tank, think-tank activities, and knowledge flow and clarifying the relationships between think-tank activities and knowledge flow, and clearing up the concepts of resource sharing network, this paper explores the regulation and needs of think-tank activities and discusses the adaptation and necessity of new think-tank development based on new knowledge service model which includes the constructing of news information, expert information, academic dynamics, and resource navigation.
